Friesen Group of Companies

Rooted in agriculture for over 70 years, the Friesen Group of Companies is a family-owned team supporting farmers across British Columbia, the Canadian Prairies, and the northwest, southern, and mid-western United States through Clearbrook Grain & Milling, Excel Feeds, Nature's Pride Nutrition, Pacific Pride Chicks, and Friesen Farms. From high-quality feed and practical nutrition support to poultry breeding and hatching, we’re known for down-to-earth service and a commitment to do what’s right.

• Make a real impact: Your work supports family farms and the communities they feed and sustain.
• Do meaningful, hands-on work: From nutrition and feed solutions to breeding and hatching, you’ll be close to the action and the customer.
• Grow with a team that invests in you: We value continuous improvement, high standards, and practical innovation.
• Join a culture that feels like family: We work hard, stay honest, and build strong relationships—internally and with our customers.

What we believe: Agriculture matters. People matter. We build long-term relationships by doing great work, holding ourselves to high standards, and showing up for our customers and each other—every day.

How we work: Hard work • High standards • Honesty • Harmony
